Hyden and SThree are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive environment in your company and in our own offices across the globe. We established our Identity Programme in 2011 to create an inclusive environment in which women are supported to succeed. SThree has also committed to allocated 25% of each of their CSR initiatives and budget to benefiting women. Additionally, our reporting is aligned with Think Act Report, a UK government campaign to encourage equality in the work place. We are proud to have more than doubled our female representation at Director-level globally and have increased the number of female Team Managers by 12.53% since 2012.
